Educational background:

2014 - MSc in Sport and Exercise Science (Middlesex University, London, UK)

2013 - B.S. in Exercise Science (Missouri Baptist University, St. Louis, USA)

 

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missori, and now live in Prague, Czech Republic with my Czech spouse. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals whether it is losing weight to improve quality of life, slowly returning to sports after an injury or simply exercising a few times a week for the added benefits of exercise and movement.

 

Sports and fitness are my passion. I strongly believe that the benefits of exercise can be only achieved through enjoyment and enthusiasm. I do not believe in drastic measures and also understand the importance of rest and enjoying the things we love. You will never hear me tell you to starve yourself or completely cut out everything you love from your life forever. Moderation is the key to happy weight loss and I will guide you in the right direction.

 

I have professional experience working with both clinical and sport population. In the past, I have helped treat injured athletes and I have also worked with people recovering from heart surgeries.

 

I hold the official Czech personal trainer trade license and my education has been fully recognized by the Czech Ministry of Trade and Industry.

MY JOURNEY

The “Freshmen 15” was real for me. Since then, a lot has changed in my life, but I will always understand how my clients feel when they are fighting the urge to overeat or just give up on all weight loss efforts completely. Significant weight loss is a difficult thing to do and since I have been there myself, I can relate to your struggle and keep you motivated on your own journey to a happier and healthier life.
