1. Contact me using the contact form or call me and we will schedule your free consultation and assessment.

2. During the consultation, we will talk about your goals, current fitness level, health, and eating habits to help me understand your fitness needs. I will explain how the training sessions are set up and we will conduct a body composition assessment.

3. I will prepare a training plan that is appropriate for your age, health condition and fitness level and we will get to work. I will come to your home or office and bring all the necessary equipment. All I need from you is dedication and 60 minutes of your time.

Comfort. Enjoy the comfort of your home, office or a nearby park, save time on transport to the gym and avoid the intimidating environment of a gym.

1-on-1. You will have my full attention without any external interruptions. I am there only for you and the equipment we need is always available which allows us to keep up the intensity of our session.

Variety. If the weather is nice, maybe we can go work out to a nearby park. Or would you like to bring your partner to work out with you? Try some new equipment?

MY SERVICES


 

I AM THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Personalized personal training – Your training plan will be customized to suit your goals, needs and possibilities. As you progress, we will increase intensity to keep you challenged and motivated. On the other hand, if you are coming back from a knee injury, I will not make you squat until you drop. Instead, we will work on strengthening those leg muscles gradually.

- Equipment – I will bring all the equipment we will need for our session (exercise mat, weights, exercise ball, etc.).

- Partner training – If you prefer to work out with your significant other, friend, colleague or family member, partner sessions are available to those with similar fitness levels and goals. Check pricing for more information.

- Instruction in English – I am a native English speaker with very poor Czech language skills. This may be convenient for native English speakers and added value for non-native English speakers.

I AM AFRAID I AM NOT THE BEST CHOICE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Large group sessions – I simply do not have enough fitness equipment to accommodate large groups. Also, we would lose the main focus of my programs – individual interaction, attention, and personalization. If you are interested in large group fitness sessions focused on body-weight exercises without guaranteed 1-on-1 approach, please contact me for more details and pricing.

- Extensive muscle building programs – Unfortunately, if you are interested in serious muscle building, my programs are not ideal for you as you will need very heavy weights that are available and safe to use only in fitness centers.
